I’m a passionate (and a little quirky) artist who just can’t help but see the beauty of God’s world everywhere. My art is where creativity meets centuries-old technique—because I’ve always believed art should carry both heart and excellence.
And here’s the thing—I don’t just love making art. I LOVE cheering on other artists, especially kids. Watching them light up, step into their gifts, and discover their greatness? Honestly, that’s one of my favorite things in life. 💛
Now my story:
I received many learning challenges labels as a young child in school. Yet, I was blessed with a mother who didn't let give up on me. Life did not come easy for me, expect for in one place - art.
It wasn't until the age of 15 when the president of Master School of Art looked at my work and called me an art prodigy did I find my place in this world. I was introduced to a world where I wasn't simply considered normal, but was celebrated!
Nevertheless, some may be surprised that art didn't come easy for me. I spent countless hours with instructors who looked at art that many said was brilliant, and said it could be better. These instructors have become my dear mentors that continue to challenge me to grow and develop as an artist every day. I too want to give you or your young or old artist the opportunity to both express their artistic gifting, be celebrated for it, and challenged to grow into the fullness of their greatness!
My Philosophy:
Some people think you’re either born an artist or you’re not. I don’t buy that. Sure, talent matters—but without real technique, it doesn’t take you far. Just like athletes train or entrepreneurs sharpen their skills, artists need both natural spark and solid tools.
That’s why I teach (and create) with both in mind. If you’re looking for an art class where kids just fling paint for an hour, you’re in the wrong place. But if you want art that leaves you smiling, full of life, and proud of what you’ve created? You’re in exactly the right spot.
I can’t wait to meet you, create alongside you, and share this journey of beauty, light, and inspiration together.
