INSTRUCTIONS:

How to sign your Bill of Sale & Certificate of Authenticity:

Step 1: Click link in email

Step 2: Once in Hello Sign®, add personal information into fields

Step 3: Scroll down and view addition document pages

Step 4: Submit document

Step 5: Open confirmation email from Hello Sign® 

Step 6: Keep a copy of the completed document for your records

 

TIP:

Keep a printed copy of your BOS & COA secured onto the back of your painting. Keeping a copy with the artwork will ensure you have it accessible when needed.
